Underwater Scene 3

Hi, everyone! Today I am sharing another underwater scene card using adorable sea creatures from Your Next Stamp - Sea Creatures Set One. I coloured them with Bic Mark-its and then die-cut with the coordinating dies. I have been obsessed with making underwater cards lately, and I don't think I'm ready to stop yet!

My card began with a watercolour background. I made a bunch of these at once and unfortunately I didn't record the colours used. Next I applied white ink using a dauber through Simon Says Stamp Waves stencil. I stamped the seaweed from Your Next Stamp - Sea Creatures Set Two in black along the bottom and then die-cut the panel with Gina Marie Designs Stitched Rectangles.

The sentiment is from Your Next Stamp - Woodland Cuties. I heat-embossed it in white on a black scrap, die-cut it with Gina Marie Designs Rounded Stitched Rectangles, and popped it up with foam tape.

I was inspired by the sketch at Your Next Stamp Challenge 44:

I adhered the cute sea creatures and then finished off the card with a number of sequins from my stash to mimic the sketch.

This is the third card I made with Your Next Stamp Sea Creatures stamps and coordinating dies. I followed the same sketch yet they are all a bit different.  Here is a photo of all three. You can find the first two here and here.

Then, loooooove also this one! Wonderful card!!! :D Amazing background, so impressive with these waves and the vibrant colours!! Great technique paint white lines with the stencil, and the seaweed look fabulous in black, because with the blue of the back they bring a pretty dark green shade, so realistic.
The creatures are soooo cute!!! Love the bright colours! These sea stamp + dies look fantastic!
